We work hard to ensure a positive service AND learning experience for all our customers! Listed below are our customer service and return policies.
Shipping & Customer Enquiries :
- Emails will be answered darned quick - usually within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
- In stock items are typically shipped same day (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays), via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. On larger orders where some items are backordered, we'll contact you in advance to see if it's okay to partial ship. We can hold your order until it is complete if you wish.
- A confirmation email will automatically be sent to you once your order is packed and labeled.
- ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING METHODS - The shopping cart's default shipping method is via Canada Post "Expedited Parcel Service" for domestic or international orders, but you can request another Canada Post service level (eg. Xpresspost or Priority Courier) or specific shipping options (eg. insurance, no safe drop etc.) by contacting us in advance by phone or email. See the Contact Us page. We'll need to manually enter your order for any of these options, which means you will not need to enter it yourself in the shopping cart. See the Canada Post website for all of the available options.
- All orders are shipped at the buyer's risk, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Order Cancellation :
- Ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind? No problem. Orders can be cancelled if they haven't shipped yet by calling Customer Service at (604) 628-9436 (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time).
- Once shipped, all sales are final. Orders are normally shipped before 3pm Pacific Standard Time.
Return Policy :
- Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) can only be issued for physical media (CD or DVD) that is defective upon receipt. RMA claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. To request an RMA number, please contact us via phone or email (see Contact Us page). Once defective status has been verified by the DDC Service Department, replacement media will be shipped via post at no additional cost. Replacement of defective goods is at the sole discretion of DDC Productions Inc.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
